Permanently Change Your Life (part 1)

What to start, stop and change for success.

In a world where you can be anything you want, so many people find themselves wishing to be anybody but themselves.

How does this happen? More importantly how can you leave this place once and for all if you’re in it?

That’s what I’m going to share with you here.

HERE’S THE DEAL

At some point in our lives we have all found ourselves in a place like the first sentence of this post. Shit you might be there right now. The harsh reality is most people never leave, they just go deeper and deeper into the piss and shit they now call life.

But there is a way out, and yeah it’s likely going to be hard. If one wants to get out for good then you need the pain of staying the same to be WORSE than the pain of change. Without this simple little mental an emotional formula, your sentence in hell is extended for…a while. :(

Lucky for you I know the way out, as I found myself in the abyss and had to forge my path to freedom.

I’m going to take you though a series of things you need to stop, start and change. IF you get to any point in this and say, “that’s kinda of extreme maybe I’ll just modify it in some way,” you’re done for. You’ll be staying where you are for a lot longer than you think you will be.

Hot Take: the more time you spend as “shitty you”, the higher probability you will make shitty decisions, those shitty decisions will likely have long-term impacts, forcing you to remain as shitty you for longer and longer periods of time until you don’t believe it’s even possible to change. The Moral: follow the fucking advice if you want an honest chance and changing your life for good.

WHAT TO STOP DOING

Let’s start with what to stop because it’s harder to stop than start, and you’re about to find out why.

You need to stop literally your entire life in as extreme a way as possible. Your job is likely the only thing that will remain and even that is going to need changing.

Here’s a list of things to stop:

  • drinking

  • smoking

  • socializing

  • going to bars/clubs

  • going out for breakfast/lunch/brunch/dinner/supper/dessert

  • watching tv

  • messin’ with dem hoes

  • doom scrolling

  • eating out

  • eating junk food

  • hitting snooze

  • going to bed at random times

  • drinking soda(pop)

  • playing video games

  • gambling

Basically stop fucking living as you have been living. Starting is Stopping. Stopping all the things that make you the person that you are.

Why? so we have a massive amount of emptiness in your life you add new things and allow new things to come in and take shape.

This is going to feel very off. You are going to feel weird. It’s just going to be difficult to wrap your head around the fact that there’s nothing. That you have to decline existing as your current self.

Answer me this: Do you believe that your thoughts have anything to do with the quality of your life?

Now answer this: If you primarily do and think all the same things as the day before, will your life more or less be the same as it has always been?

So now you understand a little more consciously why stopping is so important. IF you really want to change who you are, you have to stop doing all the things you do.

Moving on…

WHAT TO START DOING

Starting is a little bit more fun, but depending on how deep in the hole you are it might be just as bad as stopping lol. This isn’t suppose to be fun but if you’re mentally strong & delusional like me, you will find fun in the pain of change.

A little note: from this point forward you are going to be in the land of the unknown. In this place the common phrase and feeling is “I honestly have no fuckin’ clue what I’m doing.” The feeling associated with this is doubt and worry if you’re not expecting it. Now that you know it’s coming understand that it’s normal and you will adjust.

What you do not want to do is go back to your old way of being for comfort in the known. STAY OUT OF THE KNOWN! You no longer belong there. The feelings that you have although uncomfortable, WILL NOT kill you. MAN/WOMAN up and manage your emotions. You are not a little boy or little girl. You’re trying to become high-value, so focus.

THE LIST OF THINGS TO START

1 HOUR A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK * aim for the same time each day

  • Exercise (weights)

  • Learn a new skill to make money

  • Apply the skill

OTHER THINGS TO START - 7 DAYS A WEEK

  • 2 liters of water (throughout the day)

  • 30 Grams of protein per meal

  • go to bed at the same time

  • wake up at the same time

  • Work your job

This is your next 90 days.

If you find that you have more time in a day, double learning and double apply money making skill.

ACTION ITEM: grab a pen and paper or your iPad and make a schedule of when you’re going to do these things.

This is part 1.

In the next letter we are going to go through some major mindset shifts that you’re going to need to sustain this change of identity.

P.S. the bad habits of your current life will be waiting for you if you fold on yourself. They aren’t going anywhere so don’t feel like you’re missing out. Everyone is just sucking ass without you. You might enjoy no longer have shit on your lips. 😄
