A Long List of DOs
DOing just ONE of these things will make your life better.

The only moment you can ever be in is the one you’re in right now. Oh wait it’s gone.. and gone again… and gone again. Let your worries of failure, other peoples opinions, and self-doubt fade away just as fast as the moments you’ve wasted on them.
HERE’S THE DEAL
If you want to be better you have to do better. I’m sure you’ve heard that before.
So, here’s a list of things to do that will make you better in many different ways.
The long list of DOs
DO - learn the concept of leverage, how to apply it, and constantly be on the lookout for new ways to use leverage for the rest of your life. Life gets much easier with leverage.
DO - spend 80% of your time taking imperfect action, and the remaining 20% of your time thinking and planning.
DO - have an idea and execute with massive action and speed directly after the idea comes into your head. If you want to give the idea the best chance to come to life.
DO - pick a game that you want to play long-term because all the benefits come later on just the a best friendship.
DO - invest into your character. It’s everything. It’s the only thing.
DO - spend all of your money on acquiring new skills that pay the bills if you’re not rich and you want to be.
DO - realize that the only moment that exists in NOW, so maximize it while also enjoying it.
DO - realize that the past and the future are places that only exist in your mind and if you spend too much time there, you'll find yourself thinking about how much you lack instead of how much you have.
DO - build a life around the things that you love because if you don't, it means that you've unintentionally built a life around the things that you hate.
DO - go out of your way to help people especially in times when you're not going to get anything in return.
DO - remember that no matter how many material things you acquire none of it's yours and all the pieces go back in the box at the end of the day.
DO - realize that if you don't create your own curriculum to positively brainwash yourself, society has built a curriculum in which you're not going to like the outcome of what happens when you stay in it.
DO - learn how to express yourself both verbally and written so that you can spread ideas that matter
DO - invest deeply into yourself it's the only way you'll know how to invest deeply into others.
DO - make time to sit down and have a beautiful dinner at least once a month with friends and family.
DO - have a coffee by the window on rainy sunny snowy days.
DO - smile on the days that you don't feel like it because those days are just as valuable as the days when you do want to.
DO - give a call or send a text when you just randomly have someone that you care about pop into your mind.
DO - be grateful for the little bit you have because it tells the universe that you'll be grateful if he gave you a lot.
DO - dream big because it takes the same amount of effort is dreaming small.
DO - move in silence and only let people see what you've done through your results so they can't take away or sabotage the work that you're doing.
DO - read daily something that will make you better than the day before.
DO - master the law of consistency in your efforts a little bit every day will take you farther than you could possibly imagine.
DO - master the art of discipline it will help you remain consistent specifically on the days that you don't want to make the moves you need to.
DO - teach people a few steps behind you how to get to where you are while you're learning from people a few steps ahead of you how to get to where they are.
DO - be kind to yourself.
DO - be kind to others.
DO - spend money to buy back time don't spend time to save money.
DO - laugh as often as you can because no matter how much you laugh one day you'll wish that you laughed more
DO - Go out of your way to make other people smile
DO - things that add to your life, stop doing things that subtract from it
DO - realize that the path to being average has been laid out for centuries, but the past to your dreams requires you to remain in the unknown.
DO - make managing your frequency your highest priority daily
DO - deeply internalize that all of life is just a mental game. Human beings are essentially walking projectors of their own belief systems. If you change the way that you think you change the way that you perceive the world around you.
DO -remember that nothing actually has meaning until you place meaning onto it. Your personal power is closely tied directly to this concept.
DO -practice not allowing external things affect your internal state you have a choice choose to remain in control of your energy.
DO - except the fact that success in your life is a direct byproduct of the thoughts that you think, the things that you feel, and the actions that you take. All three of these things are within your control and can be changed at any time regardless of whether you believe that to be true or not.
DO - love people and use things never the other way around.
DO - try not to take life so seriously because then you'll miss out on actually enjoying it.
DO - tell people you love that you love them as often as you can because sometimes things can happen in the blink of an eye where you won't see them ever again.
DO - spend as much time every day on the things that you love and figuring out how to make a living doing the things that you love. There's a way and I hope you find it.
DO - eat well and stay hydrated and exercise your body it's not overly complicated. You just have one beautiful body use it to your greatest advantage so it can be its greatest advantage for you.
DO - learn how to set priorities and manage your time with the schedule accordingly. Don't be a person who just waste time and spends their life wishing.
DO - look at the world around you and see that there are evil people that exist and that the message that should be derived from this is that there is a place in this world for everyone including you so work hard do your best and live your dreams.
You can do so much in this life if you commit to things for the long-term. I have built of a habit of not starting things that I don’t want to do for the long-term, bc I’m aware all the benefits of doing a thing come much later.

P.S. The best way to help yourself is to help someone else. If you found value in this letter, share it with someone else who might.
